Within the UK

Shipping is applied at checkout and is calculated according size and weight for most items.

However, shipping is FREE! on all curated boxes!

We aim to ship all items within 48 hours of you placing an order (it's usually much sooner than that)  and use Royal Mail's 2nd Class Postage which usually means your order will be with you within 2-5 working days.

Outside of the UK

 

Sadly we are unable to ship to customers outside of the UK.

 

Returns

 

We really hope you and your little one love our products as much as we do. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, or if you have received the wrong item, please email here and we will honour your legal right to a full refund or replacement.

 

If you would like to return your product or box for any other reason please contact us within 14 days of placing your original order.

 

We can only accept returns when all of the goods are in the same condition in which you received them. This includes all items being in their original, sealed packaging where applicable. We will not be able to accept returned goods if more than 28 days have elapsed since placing your original order.

 

Once we have received your returned item, a refund will be made within 14 days. Please ensure you get proof of postage when returning items; otherwise we will not be able to refund you if your box does not arrive with us.
