Hello!  I’m Emma, the founder of Small + Bright. I have worked as an Early Years Teacher for over thirty years in the UK, Ireland and Sweden and am also a qualified Montessori teacher. I feel so lucky to have spent my career with so many amazing little people, it really is the best job in the world!

Over the years one of the most common questions I have been asked by parents is "How can I help my child to learn at home?". All parents want to do the very best they can for their children but knowing  exactly what that entails can be a bit of a minefield. With a market overflowing with all sorts of toys, where do you start?

This is why I developed Small + Bright; I wanted to provide parents with a simple way to do the very best for their children's learning and development without the confusion! 

 

I also wanted to provide parents and children with toys and learning materials that are timeless, high quality and beautiful! No more trudging around toy shops, no more random searches online for ideas and no more garish plastic supermarket panic-buys; everything parents need for their little one's earliest developmental journey in one place!
